Who We Help

We work with older teens, adults, and couples. People come to us when they want their lives to be different, when they are tired of feeling like they are surviving day-to-day and want more from their lives. Do you struggle with:
-
Connecting with yourself or others?
-
Feeling like you’re treading water, just trying to get through the day, afraid there’s something terribly wrong with you?
-
Always feeling a little off or not like yourself?
-
Despite being smart and capable, feeling terribly anxious in relationships?
-
Controlling your emotions?
-
Feeling like you're always fighting with or sabotaging yourself?
-
Thinking everyone else has things figured out but you don't?
-
Deep shame and feelings of worthlessness?
-
Self-destructive coping strategies?
-
Always feeling 'other' like you don't fit in anywhere?
-
Having the same fight over and over again, hurting each other despite not wanting to?
-
Feeling "clingy" or "needy" and having difficulty being on your own?
-
Issues stemming from being in an alternative relationship structure such as poly, open, or ENM?
-
Knowing who you really are?

You're not alone. The team is intensively trained to work with people with complex childhood trauma, PTSD, and sexual violence. We also have a deep professional and personal understanding of how feeling unsafe as a child manifests in our adult relationships, and what it's like to feel.... different. So, if you're someone who is struggling with symptoms you don't understand or can't seem to control, or finding someone who understands, we can help.
